Unions – The Scourge of society

Knowing that I’m not the only who enjoys drinking on Thursdays (@ArianeSherine), I’m just gonna put this one out there, what the hell…

As a libertarian if there’s anything I despise more than unnecessary taxation (council tax cough cough) it’s unions. I’m willing to give them as much as the benefit that the first unions were most likely created with the best interests of their workers in mind. Nevertheless, recently they have become nothing more than yet another way to coerce and twist the credulous public to suit their needs for either political or personal gain.

There is really nothing that the recent strike on Victoria line accomplishes apart form alienating the very people whose support the protesters hoped to win. These days, unions are nothing more than power-hungry gluttonous organizations. Where is the limit when regular people such as you and me gonna raise their voice and say “no more of this bullshit”. Between the economic crisis and the MP’s scandal the last thing anyone wants to listen to is another hypocritical sindicate strewing lies and empty promises all around the society.

Maybe it’s time to send the Labour and Tories to a long vacation – ever heard of Liberals and Green’s? And no, no screw up on behalf of those in power gives you the right to even consider a fascist and homophobic party such as the BNP.
